We do not run forms or user accounts on this website. The personal data that may be processed is limited to:
Server access logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamp). These are kept short-term for security and operational reasons.
Aggregated, cookie-free visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). Page views and visits are counted without cookies and without storing any personal identifiers. Your IP address is processed briefly to derive anonymous statistics but is not stored.
Booking data when you book a meeting through the Calendly booking widget on our website (your name, email, phone, and any notes you provide). This data is collected and stored by Calendly Inc.
Two browser localStorage entries: "forsell-lang-banner-dismissed" if you close our Swedish-language suggestion banner, and "forsell-cookie-consent" when you dismiss our cookie notice. They contain no personal data.
Server logs are used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
Visitor statistics are used to understand which pages are read and how the website is used, in aggregate form only.
Booking data is used to schedule and prepare meetings with you and to follow up afterwards.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing partners. We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) delivers the typefaces used on the site. Your IP address is processed by Google when fonts load.
Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway) hosts our content management system and the image CDN that serves product and reference images. Your IP address is processed by Sanity when images load.
Calendly (Calendly Inc., USA) provides the booking widget on our website and stores booking data. The widget loads on most pages and sets its own functional cookies.
Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the website, processes server access logs, and provides our cookie-free visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics).
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy. International transfers to providers outside the EU/EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not set any cookies of our own. Our visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) are cookie-free.
We use two localStorage entries to remember whether you have dismissed the Swedish-language suggestion banner and our cookie notice. They are not personal data and are never sent to our servers.
The Calendly booking widget sets its own functional cookies, both when the widget loads and when you use it to book a meeting. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.
Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days unless required longer for security investigations.
Booking data held by Calendly is retained according to Calendly's own retention rules and our subscription with them.
We do not maintain a separate customer database for website visitors.
Some of our service providers (Calendly, Vercel) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as the legal basis for transfer.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change was made. Significant changes will be communicated through this page.
