We do not run forms, accounts, or analytics on this website. The personal data that may be processed is limited to:
Server access logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamp). These are kept short-term for security and operational reasons.
Booking data when you book a meeting through Calendly on our contact page (your name, email, phone, and any notes you provide). This data is collected and stored by Calendly Inc.
A single browser localStorage entry called "forsell-lang-banner-dismissed" if you close our Swedish-language suggestion banner. It contains no personal data.
Server logs are used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
Booking data is used to schedule and prepare meetings with you and to follow up afterwards.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing partners. We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) delivers the typefaces used on the site. Your IP address is processed by Google when fonts load.
Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway) hosts our content management system and the image CDN that serves product and reference images. Your IP address is processed by Sanity when images load.
Calendly (Calendly Inc., USA) provides the booking widget on our contact page and stores booking data. The widget loads only on the contact page.
Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the website and processes server access logs.
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy. International transfers to providers outside the EU/EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not set any cookies of our own.
We use a single localStorage entry to remember whether you have dismissed the Swedish-language suggestion banner. It is not personal data and is never sent to our servers.
The Calendly widget on the contact page may set its own cookies when you interact with it. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.
Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days unless required longer for security investigations.
Booking data held by Calendly is retained according to Calendly's own retention rules and our subscription with them.
We do not maintain a separate customer database for website visitors.
Some of our service providers (Calendly, Vercel) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as the legal basis for transfer.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change was made. Significant changes will be communicated through this page.
